Personal Training

We have a carefully selected staff of certified personal trainers to help you meet your fitness goals.

 

Your trainer will:

  • Set you up with a customized fitness program

  • Monitor you through your fitness program

  • Weigh and measure you monthly to track your progress

  • Teach you muscle and fitness terminology

  • Teach you proper form as well as breathing techniques to ensure an even flow of oxygen through the muscles

  • Make sure you get the most out of your workout

Gym hours:

Monday: 6 AM- 8 PM

Tuesday: 6 AM-7:30 PM

Wednesday: 6 AM-6 PM

Thursday: 6 AM- 6 PM

Friday: 6 AM- 6 PM

Saturday: 7:30 AM- 12:30 PM
